Description
Located in Aparecida, São Paulo state, Brazil, it is world's second biggest church. The built area has 23.000 m² and 100 m high. It is a must-go place for everybody who comes to the region. Guaratinguetá and Cachoeira Paulista, cities around Aparecida, have also other religious touristic points. Nossa Senhora da Conceição Aparecida ("Our Lady of Conception who Appeared", literally) is Brazilian Patroness.

The blue building at the right side is the Rainha do Brasil Hotel ("Queen of Brazil Hotel"), administred by the Church.
